1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tangigo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial testing purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the Service materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tangigo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as GitHub, AWS, GCP, and Vercel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tangigo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
